Axial Flow Pump

An axial flow pump is a type of centrifugal pump designed to move large volumes of fluid at low pressure. Unlike radial pumps, which push liquid outward, an axial flow pump propels fluid in a direction parallel to the pump shaft using propeller-like impellers. This design makes it highly efficient for applications requiring high flow rates and low head, such as flood control, irrigation, power plant cooling, and circulation systems. Known for their smooth operation and ability to handle large capacities, axial flow pumps are widely used in industries where reliable, continuous fluid movement is essential.
